Hi, I’m Sarah, and I work with people who feel pulled in different directions inside—parts of them long for change, while other parts hold back, stuck in patterns or old stories that no longer serve them. Through Somatic Parts Work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help them meet these parts with compassion and curiosity, enabling them to navigate their lives with greater clarity, wholeness, and ease.

What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and How Can It Help You?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based modality that helps you access deep healing by getting to know and care for the different “parts” within you. We all have parts—inner voices, reactions, beliefs, fears, desires. Some are loud, others hidden. IFS gently guides you into relationship with these parts, so you can lead your life from a place of clarity, calm, and compassion. IFS can help you:

  • Let anxious parts relax and navigate life with more grounded confidence

  • Soften shame, guilt, or inner criticism and reconnect with self-worth

  • Unburden parts that carry emotional wounds without getting overwhelmed

  • Shift limiting patterns in relationships, work, or self-expression

  • Release parts from roles they don’t like —so your true Self can lead

Each one of us has an inner wise guide that we were born with—one that is, and always will be, unaffected by conditioning and unharmed by trauma.

Working with Sarah was an absolute life changer for me.

All my life I suffered from the relationship with my mother, a pain that I carried into all of my relationships, a trauma that had a huge influence on my self-worth, my confidence and my life in general. During the guided inner child meditation with Sarah, I was able to connect to my own little girl, I was just a little older than a toddler, just when my sister was born and I connected with this trauma that was so deeply stuck inside of me. Es war mein erster Online Kurs über Self Love und ich war neugierig aber hatte keine Ahnung was mich erwartet.
